Well, this is annoying. Last night, shortly after I finished the piece I was working on, I accidentally bumped my cintiq and the screen went black, and I could not get it to go back on. So, I thought I would just grab my Intuous and use that until I could get a hold of Wacom to figure out the problem with the Cintiq. But, this morning I tried to plug the Intuous in and it also will not work. I ordered a replacement cable for the Intuous, hoping that is the issue, and will be contacting Wacom tomorrow. Hopefully I will be able to start working again by Tuesday (when the cable I ordered should be arriving), but I will keep you all updated!
